Mood disorders are one of the most common categories of psychological disorders, and the two most common disorders within this category are bipolar disorder and major depression (also known as clinical depression). These disorders often require a patient to take medications to regulate their mood, which is often paired with psychotherapy or â€Å"talk therapy.† While they are common, they are no less serious than any other psychological disorder and should be treated as such. We relate to these songs because everyones been through a bad break up and when you’re feeling like no body understands you, the right playlist is the right cure for a broken heart. With all the hate and injustice in the world, there has to be some happiness too, or life not worth it. Finding you’re true love makes every other relationship irrelevant. The lock around your heart has found it’s key. Finding your soul mate is and discovering your truly not alone is the greatest feeling in the world. So why not describe it in song format? A good example of a singer who does this on a regular basis is country superstar, Taylor Swift. What makes this portrayal so popular is that society has taught us that finding your one and only is the ultimate goal. I feel that such concerns of the opponents of the Munich Agreement reek more of anti-French propaganda than of justice and truth. Myopic viewpoints would stand in the way of Britain and France, the two nations that are willing to sacrifice a lot in return of peace in Europe. Europe cannot afford another war, and Britain and France are aware of this reality. Germany’s aggressiveness must be appeased to achieve peace in Europe, and the Munich Agreement is a symbol of that very appeasement, which I believe all present in this room must not only appreciate, but acclaim as a remarkable effort on part of the French Government. Today I speak before you to present nothing but that. The state of Czechoslovakia has transgressed. It has denied its Sudeten population the autonomy it has desired for so long. The sacrifices the Sudeten have made and the atrocities the Czechs have committed against them are an open secret. Feys describes Tom Leppard as an extraordinary individual that does not feel the need to act like everyone else in society. When it comes to being an individual the unique aspects that make us who we are often overshadowed by society’s pressure to conform when in reality we should be accepted and respected for our individuality. Many do not realize that living a different lifestyle outside of the normal society could actually make them happier rather than following the â€Å"norm†. In the article, Feys states, â€Å" Leopard Man- unlike many millions of people who are slaves to society’s demands- is happy.† (1) This quote helps show readers that you don’t have to live up to society’s demands in order to be happy. Just because many of us live under the impression to act a certain way doesn’t mean those that choose to live a non-conformist lifestyle should be forgotten about. To expand on Feys’ claim many that live differently from society get the chance to express their individuality which could, therefore, lead to them living a happier life, as Leopard Man has shown. Many will argue that society shouldn’t be forced to accept people that choose to live a non-conformist lifestyle. In the article, â€Å"Non-Conformists Conform†, Robin Hanson states, â€Å"Sometimes you can’t please everyone†¦Ã¢â‚¬  Even though this may be true society should still be able to accept them for who they are as people even though they may not be 100% on board with what they are doing. Many times non-conformist aren’t doing any harm which gives people no right to mistreat others that choose to have a different lifestyle than them. All people should be accepted and respected no matter if they choose to live a non-conformist lifestyle or not. In short, people like Tom Leppard should be able to live their life as they please while at the same time know that they are not being misjudged based on how they want to live their life. Many need to start seeing that even though they are not living up to society’s expectations it doesn’t mean that they are not a part of society. They should still be seen as normal human beings that are not afraid to show their own individual characteristics that make them unique. He trusts that hiring and cultivating employees is one of the most important things for a company. He has never niggard to cultivate their employees. He thought that long-term investment and development of talents is the only key for company to grow fast. Daring to face problems During Terry Gou created his Hon Hai Empire, he got a lot of huge problems. But every time when he faced those problems, he always thought if he is breakthrough , it can let him get the biggest rewards, have more and more strength. Describe how your or a firm encourages innovation? It is important for company to keep innovating. For me, if I have a company, I will encourage my employees to keep innovating by following rules: 1. There is no useless idea. I trust there is no useless idea only have useless attitude. Some good ideas are always killed by those bad attitudes. People usually hate to have change because it wastes time and money.They think it is good enough to keep the same situation. Therefore, I will create a communication chann el in my company for all employees having a way to give me their ideas. 2. Never stop learning I will supply many opportunities for my employees to learn something is out of his professional area. Let their knowledge structure are more complete and much more creative. 3. Sweeping the â€Å"innovation killers† Some people don’t say anything in front of everyone, but they would criticize secretly. This kind of people is poisonous. They will impede company’s growth and innovation.I will try to find out this kind of people and sweep those people from company as soon as possible. ? How do you cope with accelerating change? Nowadays, economic and technology develop very fast. Many companies cannot follow the steps and easy to be eliminated in the fierce competition. For me, I will follow the following principles to cope with accelerating change. 1. Focus on the core competence Even everything changes very fast, all we need to do just focus on developing our core compe tence. Don’t blindly pursuing new technology.If we put more efforts on our core competence, we would not be eliminated easily. 2. Diversification When we focus on developing our core competence, we should also try to create new market. Basing on what we have and develop in different area. 3. There is always a better way Don’t settle for the status quo, keep innovation. If a company keeps developing in one way, it could not handle the accelerating change, and it would be eliminated. Therefore, try to keep finding a better way on development or solving problems. It would let whole company stay in a great condition and cope with accelerating change.
